If our services did not exceed your expectations, you can claim to receive a full refund within the first 30 days. After this period, even if you have prepaid for 24 months, you can still request a refund for unused portion of your contract. The refund amount will be calculated by the contract length, minus the number of months used, less any additional services or over-usage and free domain costs. Domain Registration fee's are non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions - Please note that refunds will not be eligible for any account that is terminated due to violating our acceptable usage policy and terms of service. Refunds will be issued using the same signup payment method.
